How soon will my deposit post in inmates account?
All deposits are made daily, Sunday – Thursday before 8:00 PM (PST)
Why hasn't My Inmate received their money?
Inmate has not received their money because one or many of the reason listed below.
- You provided the booking information (name doesn’t match, incorrect booking number)
- Los Angeles County Jail computer systems were down.
- You made your order after 8:00 PM (PST)
How long does it take for my inmate to receive photos?
Most photo deliveries take 3-7 business days to arrive at the facility (not including holidays). Sometimes photos can be held for inspection for up to an additional 14 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the deposit is made you cannot cancel your order. You may request a refund if we are unable to complete your order. Please allow all refunds to process 5 – 7 business days.
How do I find my inmates booking information?
If you have the inmates first and last name you can find their booking information on the LASD website.
